Someone has the password to the yahoo acct that I want to delete. This person is sending threatening email messages to me from various accounts, one of which I have blocked. How do I report this person?

The account is owned by the person that has password and security answer.
Block the account as spammer. And do so with all new accounts that person uses. That is all You can do.
