What to do when you get email stating that your password has been successfully updated?

Received an e-mail from info@yahoo.ca that my password has been successfully updated %26amp; if I have not authorised same to contact yahoo customer services info@yahoo.ca.

What to do when you get email stating that your password has been successfully updated?
Its most likely a phishing scam. You can contact Yahoo's customer service and ask them about it. Just don't use a link in the email to do it.

I've gotten several notifications that the password to the Paypal account I never had has been 'updated'. I just delete them.
Reply:Go in and change your email password NOW.
Reply:First, you can forward it to "abuse@yahoo.com", then go back and delete it without responding to it!

It is a "con" to get you to respond to it, but don't do it!!!!
Reply:Does not sound like it is from Yahoo. Contact Yahoo customer care ASAP. Copy the above message and send it you Yahoo customer care.
