I keep getting a pop up requesting my email password. How do I stop this?

It depends what context this is in. if it just comes up randomly then its a virus if its just forgetting your password then when you put in the password there will be a small box that says something like "remeber me" or something similar. If you suspect its a virus go t my site here and follow these instructions

In your mail program, for the user account settings, you'll need to walk through all the settings and make sure your username %26amp; password are in the correct slots for accessing your ISP mailbox, and check any boxes to remember the settings.

For Outlook Express it would be:

OE%26gt; Tools%26gt;Accounts%26gt;Mail%26gt;(highlight your default acct. if more than one)%26gt;Properties button%26gt;Servers%26gt;Incoming Mail Server heading%26gt;Account name (your server assigned mailbox name) %26amp; Password (associated password): tick Password; tick 'My Server requires Authentication'%26gt;Settings%26gt;tick 'Log in Using... (again name/PW); tick 'Remember' %26gt;OK out
Reply:There should be a checkbox below your password to remember your password. If you are using online mail you can only log in for a limited time.
Reply:its a computer virus you need to do a virus checker and if that doesn't work get a pop up blocker.
