How come I keep getting an error of rejected password after hooking my yahoo email up with Outlook Express?

I hooked up my Yahoo email through Outlook Express but it fails to connect because it says my password was rejected. I know the password was correct because I can check my email directly through yahoo with the same password. I even changed my password and tried it again, same results, my password was rejected again. Any ideas how I can fix this?

How come I keep getting an error of rejected password after hooking my yahoo email up with Outlook Express?
For yahoo mail you need upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get the full pop3 service for access to Outlook,Incredimail, Thunderbird and others.

For more info on setting up your pop3 account see the links below.

* Incoming Mail Server (POP3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com

Use SSL, port: 995

* Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication.

If you have “yahoo.co.uk” address some users can get free pop forwarding see below.

Click “options” (top right) on your mail page%26gt;mail options%26gt;pop and forwarding%26gt;

Set up or edit pop %26amp; forwarding%26gt;type in the address you want to forward to and

click save.

* Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk

Use SSL, port: 995

* Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smpt.mail.yahoo.co.uk

Use SSL, port: 465.

Note: In order to be able to send emails from outlook and others through/to yahoo (pop3) you need to pay for a yahoo mail plus account.
