How do I reconfigure the password in my modem to my email account?

Is ATT trying to get me or what. Yesterday they prompted me to change my password b/c of my wireless connection. Today they tell me I need to change it in my modem too. If I can't figure it out, they are going to charge me $100.00.

Anybody know?

How do I reconfigure the password in my modem to my email account?
ok, im going to figure that you dont have a router, and if you do you can just disconnect it for this. You should go to your internet browser and type in this code, 192.168.2.1, or the same thing but .2.2 ( it varies per each company) after this happens it should open a window that prompts you for your username and password, sometimes just password. the username is the model number and the pass is either "admin" or "1234" admin is normally used along with a username and 1234 is the answer when it just prompts you for a password, this should allow you inside your modem, once in here you should go through and it will either guide u to change your pass our you'll have to select it from a list, after this try it out again and you should be done XD gl
