Does anyone know how to use email password recovery wizard?

i am trying to see if i can find a way to remember my password and i downloaded this software but i relly dont know how to use it..it talks about POP3 and SMTP connections and i am totally lost....can anyone help...or can anyone let me know a different free way that i can retrieve my password??

you did not tell what domain your email address is having trouble for password recovery. if that email add is given to you by your ISP, then you have to contact the ISP itself and there is no need to use software to retrieve it. the ISP will reissue another password as long as you can give your full identity when you subscribe from them. for account created thru websites for free email accounts then contact those website customer service center for help.

1. Your Yahoo! Mail ID.


2. The ZIP code you gave when you registered for the account (non-U.S. residents, please include country).


3. Your birthdate.


4. The alternate (non- Yahoo!) email address listed for your Yahoo! ID.


5. Your current Password Question and Secret Answer (exactly as you entered


them at registration).


6. Without the above information you won't be able to get your password.
Reply:Yes! Contact whoever it is you are with Yahoo, hotmail etc.. They will ask you your secret question to which only you should know the answer.
