Is there any way for facebook to remember my email & password automatically? I have to put my pw in every time

With forums and stuff you can let it log you in automatically, and I want to do that with facebook, because I can be looking at facebook and if I come back in 10 minutes, I have to log in again. I can't get it to make it to where it logs me in automatically when I visit facebook.com.

Alot of websites do that for security purposes.
Reply:its for the security

you don't want phishing

do you?
Reply:it doesn't do it to me and i go days without going on to facebook.
Reply:It does for me because I use firefox.
Reply:If you are using Internet Explorer 7, don't log off from FACEBOOK. Make sure you open a new tab and close the facebook tab. That way next time you go onto facebook it will be logged in for you, but if you close the window it will log you off but save your email id for you
Reply:The only way that it remembers my email account is by not logging off just close the window and when you go back it will only ask for your password
Reply:if use the web browser Mozilla Firefox, you can set it to automatically remember passwords for you.

Reply:no not for facebook itself but you can make Internet Explorer remember passwords for sites.

For password prompt from IE, go to tools, internet options, content, autocomplete and turn on the option to remember passwords

Hope this is your best answer.

Reply:Like a couple of other people said, you should use Firefox.

With firefox, you can also get a Facbook toolbar.
