My eamil address bns2121@yahoo.com has been compromised. i cannot sign in with my password. some how it has been changed. as well as the question in which to recover or change my password. i need this email address to run buisness/ life. please advise on what i should do.
How do i recover a stolen password to acces email?
If this is really your e-mail account, you need to contact Yahoo directly. Once they confirm that you are in fact the client for that account, they can help you reset the passwords and security questions.

as far as i know, security question cannot be changed.
don't you have an alternate email address for your yahoo account?
Reply:Contact yahoo as long as you know the date of birth you used when opening the account then everything will be fine....they will get your account back in no time....i know this because the same thing has happened to my gf a few times
