Reply:When trying to sign in and you write the incorrect password, you have the possibility to recover it. You click on "Recover password" or "I forgot my password" and the you must tell your ID, fill in the blanks with your personal data (the correct personal data - meaning those you have used when creating your account) and then give the correct answer to the correct secret question. This is the only way you can reset your password - they indeed give you a new password and you have the free option of changing it after accessing your account. You have no way to find it out again. How do you want the same password if you do not remember it? Try a more-easy-to-remember one.
Reply:You must use the recover password. They give you a temporary one and you can change it.
